Bunga Griptape Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
At Bunga Griptape, we strive to provide high-quality products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
- **Time Frame:** Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- **Condition:** Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- **Receipt:** Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used accessories and apparel
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- **Refunds:** Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- **Exchanges:** If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items

6. Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Packages
- **Incorrect Address:** It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item(s) to the correct address.
- **Undeliverable Packages:** If a package is returned to us due to being undeliverable (e.g., refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect, or any other reason), the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item(s). We will contact you to arrange for payment and reshipment.
